Versatile Modular Facilities

Kitchen Corps’ modular kitchen facilities are equipped with all necessary space and equipment for a full service kitchen. These facilities include production, preparation, dishwashing, refrigeration, freezer, and dry storage area.

Production Area

Production areas are equipped with a full commercial production line, preparation space, 3 compartment sink, hand sinks, and walk in refrigeration space.
   
Production lines consists of NSF approved and UL listed commercial cooking equipment that can be customized to your individual needs, and UL listed hood systems complete with exhaust and make up air systems and NFPA certified fire suppression systems.
   
All walls, floors, work, and washing areas are made of food safe material.

Preparation Area

Preparation areas are equipped with a 3 compartment sink, 2 compartment sink, hand sink, and work tables.
   
All walls, floors, work, and washing areas are made of food safe material.



Dishwashing Areas

Dishwashing areas are equipped with a commercial dish machine, clean table, soiled table, 3 compartment sink, and garbage disposal.
   
All dish machines and garbage disposals are NSF approved, UL listed, and are complete with proper ventilation and exhaust systems. Dishwashing racks are provided by Kitchen Corps.
   
All walls, floors, work, and washing areas are made of food safe material.



Regrigeration and Freezer Areas

Refrigeration and freezer areas are equipped with a walk in cooler(s) and a separate walk in freezer(s) space.
   
Walk in refrigeration and freezer space is constructed of commercial grade stainless steel and is food safe.
   
All walls and floors are made of food safe material.
   


Dry Storage Areas

Temporary dry storage trailer units are open areas with ample space for storing food and other food service related items.
   
All walls and floors are made of food safe material.

Collateral Equipment

Collateral equipment is available for all above units upon request, i.e., generators, deck and ramp systems, and lift systems.
   
These units can be permanent or temporary
   
Constructed of Type V modular building or semi trailers
   
All utilities are run inside of unit. Customer is responsible for final connections of electricity, gas, and plumbing.
   
All units are built to meet international building codes.
   
All temporary and permanent units provided by Kitchen Corps are guaranteed to pass any health inspection.
